Setting up an account is easy, it shoudnt take no longer than a couple hours from creating an account to being trained and havng a fully working system.

Realtime feedback can be gained in multiple ways. You can set the threshold for what rating a review needs to be before you are notified. Then if a review ever goes before that threshold, texts, emails and notifcations in the app can all be setup to warn you and others of a potential issue.
